Product Description
11576 is mainly composed of organic polyphosphate complex.
It can combine with heavy metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, etc. to form stable complex and block the metal ions.
It has high chelating value and stable chelating ability for heavy metal ions, as calcium ions, magnesium ions and iron ions, etc. Especially under the condition of high temperature, strong alkali, oxidizing agent and electrolyte, it can achieve stable chelating function, which meets the requirements of high efficiency and short process.
It can be applied in each process of scouring, bleaching, dyeing, printing, soaping and finishing, etc.

1. Stable in high temperature, alkali and electrolyte. Good oxidation resistance. Has strong sequestering ability especially for iron ions.
2. Excellent dispersing effect for dyes. Can keep the stability of bath and prevent coagulation of dyes, impurities or dirt, etc.
3. Good anti-scale effect. Can disperse dirt and impurities and prevent their sedimentation in equipment.

Instruction

1. It is high concentration product. Kindly suggest to dilute it by rate of 1:4~1:9 with softening water.
2. It is strong acid product. If it needs to adjust diluted 11576 to weak acid or neutral, please add caustic soda (20% of 11576) when diluting to adjust pH value. But it will decrease the freezing resistance (there will be white precipitate at low temperature).
3. For dipping process, reference dosage of 10% diluted 11576: 1~2 g/L.
4. For padding process, reference dosage of 10% diluted 11576: 3~5 g/L

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
