Product Description

70706 is the latest ternary polymerized block silicone emulsion, which has new silicone chemical structure and double modified functional groups.
It can be applied in the finishing process for fabrics of chemical fibers, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and exquisite.
It is especially suitable for polyester, polyester/spandex, Flannel and polyester/cotton, etc.
It is also suitable for other synthetic fibers.

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth and exquisite hand feeling.
3. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
4. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
5. Stable in high temperature, alkali and electrolyte. High shear stability. Safe for using.

Installation Instructions

1. Padding process:

        For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 5~10 g/L
        For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 10~30 g/L
        The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
        Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s

 

     2. Dipping process:

         Reference dosage: 0.5~1.0% (o.w.f)
         Bath ratio: 1:20
         Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
