Appearance:	slight blue color shade semi-transparent liquid
pH value:	6.5±1.0(1% aqueous solution)
Ionicity	weak  cationic
Solubility:	Soluble in water at any ratio.

 

[Production description]

SC-70752 is a block silicone high-concentration emulsion with a special structure can impart excellent softness, smoothness and fluffy feel to acrylic & acrylic blended fabrics. SC-70752 has excellent finishing effect on various acrylic & its blends.

 

[Production characteristic]

1. Used for soft finishing of various fabrics, giving the fabric a smooth and fluffy feel;

2. Especially suitable for synthetic fibers such acrylic fabrics, acrylic yarns, etc. with outstanding softness, smooth and delicate effect;

3. A very small amount can achieve excellent results;

4. The yellowing of the finished fabric becomes small;

5. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance, shear resistance.

 

[Recommend dosage]

  Exhausting method: recommended to use 1: X (X = 2-3) after dilution, and the general dosage is between 1 - 3% (O.W.F); 40~50ºC×10~20min, Dehydrate, dry.

 

[Notes]

1. Please do not expose it to the air for a long time, and seal it in time after use;

2. After the best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable, performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure its applicability.
