[Product description]
The new copolymer silicone oil sc-68243 can be used in deep finishing of all kinds of medium and dark color fabrics, especially for the deepening, hydrophilic and softening finishing of sulfur black fabrics, with outstanding deepening effect, good hydrophilicity, soft and elastic handle.
[Product characteristics]
1. Good hydrophilicity: it does not affect the hydrophilic properties of pure cotton and its blended fabric, and can give the fabric good hydrophilic effect;
The finished black sulfide fabric has good hydrophilic property and good wearing comfort.
2. high stability: transparent liquid is a major breakthrough in the current appearance of domestic silicone oil (milky white or cream).
Excellent storage stability, no delamination or oil floating phenomenon.
3. perfect applicability: nano microemulsion characteristics are guaranteed to be stable in high shear and wide pH range.
There is no silicone oil sticking to the roller, sticking to the cylinder, floating oil and demulsification.
4. Application handle: it can provide excellent soft elastic, smooth and full hand feeling finishing effect.
5. Significant deepening: the effect of deepening on the black sulfide fabric is remarkable, and the dyeing depth is effectively increased by 20% to 30%, which greatly saves the amount of dyestuff and increase the economic benefit.
6. Deepening and brightening: it has 20% to 30% deepening effect on reactive black, bright red, royal blue and other medium and dark fabrics,
It has no negative effect on color fastness.
7. Very low yellowing: heat resistant yellowing 5, storage yellowing 3-4, fully suitable for hydrophilic and soft finishing of light color or bleached fabrics.
8. Other properties: if the fabric finished with this product needs to be dyed, the silicon stripping process is simple and the color is easy to be modified.
[Usage]
1. Recommended process
The recommended dosage is 50-80g / L
The pH value of the working solution of the dip rolling bath should be below 7 (preferably 5.0-6.0).
2. Special requirements (such as durable, washable) sulfur black hydrophilic finishing can be used together with our hydrophilic agent 45502-60,
The recommended dosage of 45502-60 is 20-30g / L.
3. It can be used with other finishing agents to obtain special handle style. Please do compatibility test before use.
[Precautions]
1. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the best use date. Performance test should be conducted before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.
[Packaging and storage]
50kg / drum or 120kg / drum plastic drum (lined with plastic bags);
It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
