[Production description]
SC-76127 is a block silicone microemulsion with a special structure, which can impart excellent softness, smoothness and fluffy feeling to chemical fiber (nylon, nitrile), cotton/nitrile, cotton/nylon and other blended fabrics or yarns. CX-76127 has excellent finishing effects on all types of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.
[Production characteristic]
1. Used for the soft finishing of various fabrics, giving the fabric a smooth and fluffy feeling ;
2. It is especially suitable for acrylic, nylon, polyester and other chemical fiber and cotton fiber blended yarns, core-spun yarns and so on , with outstanding softness;
3. A very small amount can achieve excellent results;
4. The finished fabric becomes less yellow;
5. Good stability; has good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance and shear resistance.
[Using method]
1.Recommend artwork
Padding process: dosage 10g/L ~ 30g/L;The pH value of the working fluid of the padding bath should be kept below 7 (optimally 5.0 ~ 6.0);
2. Dipping process: reference dosage is 1%~3%, 40~50ºC×10~20min, heavy dehydration
