Production description

Brightener SD-4074 is a stilbene derivative with high whiteness and wide application range. It is a fluorescent whitening agent suitable for whitening cotton and its blended fabrics.
Compatible with non-ionic, anionic, silicate and enzyme preparations.
Resistance to hydrogen peroxide bleaching, alkali resistance, insurance powder resistance and reduction bleaching

Characteristic and advantages
1.Suitable for whitening, bleaching and brightening  in the same bath.
2. High whiteness, strong fluorescence, less dosage, not easy to be stained, and easy to change materials.
3. Used in the bleaching of cellulose fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber and nylon fiber,special white processing technology.
4. At the same dosage, higher whiteness can be obtained than ordinary whitening agent
5.Wide range of pH value.
6. The dyeing temperature range is wide, and it is stable in hydrogen peroxide water.
7. It has good resistance to yellowing at high temperature.


Application range
SD-4074 is best to adjust the slurry with cold water, and then dissolve with 80 ºC hot water to obtain a uniform solution, and then add it to the application bath or supplement liquid.

Impregnation

1) One-bath method:
Pre-treatment agent: 1.0 ~ 2.0 g / L
Alkali: 1.0 ~ 2.0 g / L
Hydrogen peroxide: 5.0 ~ 10.0 g / L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 1.0 ~ 2.0 g / L
SD-4074 0.1 ~ 0.8 %
Add pretreatment agent, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, 4BK at room temperature, keep warm at 98 ºC for 45 to 60 minutes, cool down and drain, and neutralize the washing water to be too soft.
2) Two-bath method:
Pre-treatment agent: 0.5 ~ 2.0 g / L
Alkali: 1.0 ~ 2.0 g / L
Hydrogen peroxide: 5.0 ~ 10.0 g / L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 0.5 ~ 2.0 g / L
Add pretreatment agent, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide, 4BK at room temperature, keep warm at 98 ºC for 45 to 60 minutes, cool down and drain, neutralize the washing water and add white.
SD-4074: 0.1 ~ 0.8%
Yuanming powder: 5 ~ 10g / L
Add SD-4074 at room temperature, keep warm for 60 minutes at 60 ~ 70 ºC, cool down and drain, and the washing water is too soft
 

Padding

Pre-treatment agent: 3.0 ~ 10.0 g / L
Alkali: 3.0 ~ 10.0 g / L
Hydrogen peroxide: 10.0 ~ 50.0 g / L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 3.0 ~ 10.0 g / L
SD-4074 1 ~ 10 g / L
Process flow: one dip and one rolling → drying (100 ºC) → baking

NOTE
1. The brightener solution should be used with the preparation, not for long-term storage
2. During actual use, if the water hardness is high, it is recommended to add some water softener or chelating dispersant
3. Direct sunlight should be prevented during storage, and moisture absorption should be prevented during transportation and storage

Packaging and storage
30KG/plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool place ,prevent heated and  exposure ,stable period is 6 months.
