The new block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent SC-60200 can be applied to the hydrophilic finishing of various fabrics: cotton, cotton stretch frame, rayon, viscose fiber, chemical fiber, silk, wool, etc., which can give fabrics Soft elastic and smooth feel style.
[Production characteristic]
1. Excellent hydrophilic properties.
2. Similar to self-emulsifying properties, it can ensure the stability of the emulsion in a high shear and wide pH range; during use there is absolutely no phenomenon of sticking roller, sticking cylinder, oil floating and demulsification of traditional silicone oil.
3. Good stability, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, easy to use.
4. Provides superior soft elasticity and smooth feel.
5. Very low yellowing characteristics: suitable for white or light-colored fabrics.
6. Good deepening and brightening effect, effectively increasing the depth of dyeing and saving dye consumption.
[Using method]
1. Recommended process\
Padding process: dosage 30g/L ~ 80g/L,120ºC pre-drying setting 150ºC~180ºC,50 seconds.
(The specific process can be adjusted according to the sample)
2.It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.
