Product Description

High concentration softener for textiles fabrics towels of post-processing YL-3154

Features:

Application procedure:
Workable on various fibers in impregnation and padding processing.

Processing dosage:
As it is the high-concentrated product, suggest to adopt softened water for dilution before using (dilution proportion 1: 2 ~ 3)
*  Impregnation method: dilution 2 ~ 5% (o.w.f.), indoor temperature 40ºC x 15 ~ 25 minutes
*  Padding method: dilution 10 ~ 50g/L, indoor temperature dipping & padding, thence drying or setting      
Remark: The details of dilution, proportion, volume could be adjustable according to customer's demand.

Storage:
120kg plastic drum (with plastic bag lining); put in cool & ventilate place, keep away from heat and exposure; 6 months for storage period.
