Product description:
Hydrophilic silicone oil is for multi-block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether, suitable for finishing of the cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber. It gives good hydrophilicity and superior handle for the post-treated fabrics. With excellent alkali-resistance and shearing resistance properties, it is feasible for mist spraying. This item is high cost-effective.     
This product eco-friendly, no contains of any forbidden chemicals. It is in compliance with Otex-100 standard.

Characteristics & Advantages:

1. Suitable for the finishing of various fabrics, especially the post-treatment of cotton fabric. It gives fabrics good hydrophlicity and superior silky handle.
2. With excellent elastic effectiveness, it gives knittings stretching resilience.

Application Procedure:

1. Padding method: dosage 30g/L to 80g/L, heat setting 150ºC to 180ºC, timing 50 seconds to 60 seconds. (The specific dosage is adjustable according to the specimen).
2. Impregnation method: 10g/L to 30g/L dosage for immersion in washing machine.
3. It can be used together with other finishing auxiliaries, in order to have special handle style. Please do compatibility test before using.

Packaging & Storage:

120KG/drum, plastic drum (with plastic bag lining);
Please store it at cool and ventilate or dry place. No exposure, 12 months for shelf life.
