Product Description
CX-741 is the latest block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber and synthetic fiber, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, plump and silky.
Features & Benefits
1. Keeps excellent stability in different pH value and different temperature.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity.
3. Imparts fabrics superior soft, smooth, plump and silky hand feeling.
4. Similar to self-emulsifying property. Can ensure the stability of diluted solution. During use, there will be no safe problem, as roll banding or sticking to equipment, etc.
5. Extremely low heating yellowing. Suitable for white color and light color fabrics.
6. If the fabric needs dyeing modifying or color repairing, it is easy to strip silicone.
Instruction
1. For padding process, reference dosage: 30~80 g/L.
Pre-drying: 120 ºC.
Setting: 150~180ºC.
Time: 50s.
2. For dipping process, reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f).
30~40ºC×10~20 min → Dewater → Drying (100ºC)
3. For specific dosage, please adjust it according to sample test result.
4. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

- Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
