Product Description
3407 is a multipolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether.
It can be applied in the finishing process for various kinds of fabrics, especially for cotton fabrics, which imparts fabrics good hydrophilicity and excellent smooth hand feeling.

Instruction

1. Emulsification method:

Ratio: Silicone Oil 3407: Emulsifier = 3:1~5:1
Put Silicone Oil 3407 and Emulsifier into the reaction kettle by ratio and stir it for 20 minutes.
Add water in batches. Mix it well and dilute it to needed content.
Adjust the pH value to 5~6 by a proper amount of acetic acid.
The transparent microemulsion is obtained.

1. Reference dosage of diluted emulsion: 30~80 g/ L

(Specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through test.)

1. Experiment proves that Silicone Oil 3407 is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value 5~6).

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
