Product Description
88634 is a modified silicone emulsion with special structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fiber and cellulose fiber blends, as cotton, viscose fiber, polyester/ cotton, cotton/ nylon and modal, etc., which makes the fabrics stiff, elastic and fluffy.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in high alkali, salt and hard water. High shear resistance.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, stiff, elastic and fluffy hand feeling.
3. Extremely low yellowing. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.
4. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in padding process.

Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L.
Setting: 150~180ºC.
Time: 50~60s.
The bath pH value should be under 7. (5~6 is the best.)

2. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
