Product description
Acrylic silicone oil SC-70708 is a ternary copolymer siloxane polymer with excellent oily and soft feel. It is used for the soft finishing of acrylic, cotton/acrylic, rayon/acrylic blends, and is also suitable for the synthesis of polyester, nylon, etc.

Characteristics and advantages
1.The finished fabric has excellent bulkiness and oiliness, and outstanding softness;
2. Can improve the elasticity of the yarn and increase the smoothness of the yarn;
3. Has good stability; in the process of use, there is no traditional silicone oil sticking roller, dip cylinder,Oil bleaching and demulsification.
 4. It also has good softness on synthetic fiber (polyester, nylon, etc.) fabrics;

Reference dosage and workmanship
1. Dipping method:
          CX-708  0.5~3% (o.w.f)
          Bath ratio 1: 10~20, 40~50ºC×10~20min → dehydration

2. Padding method:

          CX-708  10~30g/L→150~160ºCsetting

Remark
1. Please do not expose it to the air for a long time, and seal it in time after use.
2. After the optimal cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable, performance test to ensure its suitability before use.

Packaging and storage
50KG/120KG plastic drum ( Lined with plastic bag)
Sorted in cool place ,prevent heated and exposure stable period is 6 months.
