Product Description
70543 is a silicone microemulsion with special structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics and yarns of nylon, acrylic fiber, polyester/ cotton, acrylic fiber/ cotton and nylon/ cotton, etc., which makes fabrics soft, smooth and fluffy.
It is especially suitable for wool-like acrylic fiber and wool-like nylon, etc., as imitation wool, imitation rabbit hair and covering yarns, etc.

Instruction

1. For dipping process, kindly suggest to dilute it by ratio of 1:X (X=3~5).

Reference dosage of diluted 70543: 1~3% (o.w.f)
40~50ºC×10~20min
 

1. For fabrics of acrylic fiber, it can be used together with our 70752 to achieve better fluffiness and smoothness.

Reference dosage of 70543: 0.4% (o.w.f)
Reference dosage of 70752: 0.1% (o.w.f)

Attention

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
