Product Description

44570 is a silicone quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial finishing agent. It is a reaction-binding type of antibacterial finishing agent. It is durable for washing.
It belongs to non-permeable antibacterial finishing agent.
The molecule contains a large number of reactive active groups and cationic antibacterial groups. The reactive active groups not only can be covalently bonded with fiber molecules, but also can condense into a film by itself, which makes the antibacterial substances not dissolve from the fiber fabrics and the fabrics become highly washable.
The cationic antibacterial groups can rupture the cell wall of harmful bacteria, fungi and molds, etc. and then kill the bacteria.
It can be applied in the antibacterial finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, wool, polyester/ cotton, viscose fiber, nylon and acrylic, etc.

4. Physical sterilization: Non-permeable antibacterial finishing agent, but not affect the normal flora of human skin.
5. High washability: Can meet FZ/T 73023-2006 standard AAA level requirements (Keeps effectiveness after washing 50 times).
6. Safe and healthy: No irritation, no allergic reaction and no toxicity. Comply with GB/T 31713-2015 Hygienic requirement for safety of antibacterial textiles.
7. Convenient for using: Not influence the whiteness, color shade, hand feeling or strength indicator, etc. of fabrics.

Installation Instructions

 

  1. It is suitable for process of dipping, padding, brushing, spraying and foaming, etc.

      Reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f)
      (For specific dosage, please adjust it according to actual requirements and processing method.)

 
  2. Padding process: Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L, Pickup: 70~100%

      Drying and setting: 130~150ºC× 30~60s.

 
  3. Dipping process: Reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f). pH value: 5.5~6.5.

      Bath ratio: 1:8~1:15.
      40ºC×20~30 minutes → Dewater → Drying (Setting)
