Product Description

68243 is the latest copolymer block modified silicone finishing agent.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for various kinds of fabrics, especially vulcanized black fabrics, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth, bulky and elastic.
It has outstanding deepening effect.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, dry, elastic and bulky hand feeling.
4. Has great deepening effect on vulcanized black color fabrics. Effectively improves dyeing depth 20~30% and reduces dyes.
5. Has 20~30% deepening and brightening effect on medium and dark color fabrics, as reactive black, bright red and royal blue, etc.
6. Extremely low heat yellowing and good anti-phenolic yellowing property. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.
7. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
8. Nano transparent microemulsion. Has high shear stability. Keeps high stability within a wide pH range.

Installation Instructions

1. Padding process:

    For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
    For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
    The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
    Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s

    Dust-free hydrophilic finishing for vulcanized black fabrics:
    Kindly suggest to use it together with Hydrophilic Finishing Agent 45502.
    Reference dosage of 45502: 20~30 g/L

    For special hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
    Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
 

2. Dipping process:

    Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
    Bath ratio: 1:20
    Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
