Product Description
72006 is a multipolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether.
It can be applied in the finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fibers, etc., which makes the fabrics hydrophilic, smooth, stiff and elastic.
Also it can be used in deepening and brightening process for dark color cotton fabrics.
It is especially suitable for cotton.

Instruction

1. Emulsification method:

Ratio: Silicone Oil 72006: Emulsifier = 5:1~10:1
Put Silicone Oil 72006 and Emulsifier into the reaction kettle by rate and stir it for 20 minutes.
Add water in batches. Mix it well and dilute it to needed content.
Adjust the pH value to 5~6 by a proper amount of acetic acid.
The transparent microemulsion is obtained.

1. Reference dosage of diluted emulsion: 30~80 g/ L

(Specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through test.)

1. Experiment proves that Silicone Oil 72006 is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value 5.0~6.0).

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
