Product description:
Fluffy silicone oil CX-8193 is a modified silicone micro emulsion with special structure, which can give excellent softness, smoothness and bulkiness to cotton, viscose, polyester/cotton and other fabrics. CX-8193 has excellent finishing effects on various types of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.


Product characteristics:
1. Suitable for cotton, viscose, modal fiber and cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester ant its blending,  It has outstanding soft, delicate and fluffy effect.
2. It is especially suitable for the finishing of thick knitted fabrics such as mercerized cotton, cotton sweater and terry fabric. When the dosage is low, the ideal soft and fluffy effect can be achieved.
3. The color is low, and the effect on the color light is small after finishing, which ensures the simplicity, convenience and accuracy of the pre-color.
4. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt tolerance, hard water resistance, shear resistance, safe and convenient to use.

Using  method: 
1.Recommend artwork
    Padding process :recommend dosage 30 ~ 60g/L,setting temperature  150ºC ~ 180ºC.
   The pH of the pad bath working solution should be kept below 7 (preferably between 5 and 6, which can be adjusted with glacial acetic acid);
(The dosage can be adjusted according to customer's requirements. To ensure the complete applicability of the product, the setting temperature should not exceed 160 °C)
2. Used with other finishing agents to achieve a special feel style, please do compatibility experiments before use.

Notes:
1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is
applicability.


Packaging and storage:
50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent exposure ,stable period is 6 months.
