[Production description]
The deoxidizing polishing enzyme is a composite enzyme. On the one hand, it has the function of decomposing hydrogen peroxide, and at the same time, it has excellent polishing and finishing effects on cellulose fiber fabrics under near-neutral conditions. Using the deoxygenation polishing enzyme SD-CB45 can use the time before dyeing and alkali fixation to achieve multiple effects of deoxygenation, polishing, and dyeing in one bath. While ensuring the production of high-quality products, it saves time, water and energy, and significantly reduces production costs.

Dosage:: 0.5~2.0% (depending on processed fabric and processing requirements)
Temperature: 40ºC~60ºC
PH value: 5.5~7.2
Time: 45~80 minutes
First add enzyme and run for 10-15 minutes, and then proceed as normal dyeing process.

Placed in a cool and ventilated place below 25 ºC, the storage period is 3 months.
[Note]: Enzyme is a kind of biological protein, high temperature will make it denature and lose vitality, should pay attention to storage temperature.Avoid long-term storage in an environment above 330ºC to avoid reducing activity.
