[Production description]
Hydrophilic silicone oil SC-61368 can give various fabrics excellent slippery and soft elastic style; especially for vulcanized black fabrics after finishing, they feel smooth and elastic, and endow good hydrophilicity; and it can deepen and increase the color of the fabric to a certain extent. Brilliant effect, but does not affect its color fastness.
[Production characteristic]
1. It is suitable for super cool finishing of vulcanized black cotton knitted fabrics, with smooth hand feeling, good drape and elasticity.
2. It has no negative effect on color fastness, and has a certain effect of deepening and brightening the shade.
3. Good stability, safe use, high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and shear resistance.
4. It can be used with other softeners to get the smooth, special style feel you need.
5. The finished vulcanized black fabric has good hydrophilic properties and good wearing comfort.
6. If the fabric using this product needs to be dyed, the silicon stripping process is simple and the color is easy to repair.
[Using method]
1.Recommend artwork
Padding process: dosage 50g/L ~ 80g/L, setting 160ºC ~ 170ºC,
The pH value of the padding bath should be below 7 (preferably between 5.0 and 6.0)
2. Special requirements (such as durability and washing resistance) vulcanized black hydrophilic finishing, can be used together with hydrophilic agent SC-45502-60 , recommended dosage is 20-30g/L.
3. It can be used with other soft finishing agents to obtain a special hand-feel style. Please do a compatibility experiment before use.

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is
applicability.

Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent exposure, stable period is 6 months .
