Product Description
98082 is the latest modified silicone emulsion of hindered amine, which contains double nitrogen atoms.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of cellulosic fibers and cellulosic fiber blends, as cotton, viscose fiber, polyester/ cotton, etc., which makes the fabrics soft and smooth.

Features & Benefits

1. Stable in high temperature, acid, alkali and electrolyte.
2. Extremely low yellowing and low shade changing.
3. Extremely little influence on color shade of fabrics. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.

Typical Properties

Appearance:	Transparent emulsion
Ionicity:	Weak cationic
pH value:	5.5±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility:	Soluble in water

Instruction

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 30~50 g/L.
2. For dipping process, reference dosage: 1~2% (o.w.f).

Please dip the fabrics for 15~30 minutes at normal temperature and then dewater and dry.

1. For specific dosage, please adjust it by sample test result.

Experiment proves that this product is better and safer in weak acid condition (pH value 5~6).

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
