Product Description
76318 is multiple block silicone emulsion.
It can be applied in the finishing process for various kinds of fabrics, especially for fabrics of cellulose fibers, as cotton, Lycra, rayon and CVC, etc., which makes the fabrics smooth, dry and soft.

3. Extremely low heat yellowing. Can be over Grade 4 under condition of 120g/L*190ºC.

Instruction
1. It is recommended to use in padding process, reference dosage: 50~80 g/ L.
2. Reference formula:
  (1) Super dry, soft and elastic finishing for 32s cotton:
     Reference dosage of 76318: 50~60 g/L
     Reference dosage of Handle Finishing Agent 45361: 1~2 g/ L
  (2) Super soft and fluffy finishing for 32s cotton fleece:
     Reference dosage of 76318: 50~60 g/L
     Reference dosage of Silicone Softener 76298: 10~20 g/ L
     Reference dosage of Napping Agent 30317-50: 5~10 g/ L
  (3) Super dry and anti-phenolic yellowing (Grade 4) finishing for 40s cotton:
     Reference dosage of 76318: 50~60 g/L
     Reference dosage of Anti Phenolic Yellowing Agent 44133: 3~5 g/ L
