Product Description

11045 is mainly composed of isomeric alcohol ether complex.
It is suitable for pretreatment process for various kinds of fabrics of cotton, viscose fiber, Modal, Tencel and their blends, etc.
It has excellent treating effect for various kinds of impurities, as greasy dirt, pectin and cotton wax, etc.

Installation Instructions

It is high concentration product. But it will destroy the stability of the whole product after dilution.
Kindly suggest to convert content and reduce dosage and then use instead of diluting it.
 

Degreasing for knitted fabrics of nylon and polyester:
11045:	0.5~1.0 g/L
Sodium carbonate:	0~2 g/L
Bath ratio:	1:5~1:15
90~100ºC×40~60 min

 

Degreasing and dyeing one bath process for knitted fabrics of polyester:
11045:	0.5~1.0 g/L
Bath ratio:	1:5~1:15
Degreasing and dyeing in same bath

 

Removing light oil stain on fabrics:
11045:	0.5~1.0 g/L
Sodium carbonate:	1~2 g/L
Bath ratio:	1:5~1:15
80~100ºC×40~60 min

 

Attention

  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
   2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
   3. When storage temperature is lower than 5ºC, it may densify or solidify, please heat it to 20~30ºC and stir it, then it can be used normally.
