Product Description

71868 is a block silicone microemulsion with linear structure.
It can be applied for finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of cellulose fibers and their blends, as cotton, viscose fiber and cotton/polyester, etc., which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and fluffy.
It is especially suitable for ultra dry finishing process for knitted fabrics of cotton and viscose spandex blends.
 

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and ultra dry hand feeling.
3. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
4. Similar to self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath.
5. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
6. Suitable for padding and dipping process both.
7. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effects.

Installation Instructions

  1. Padding process:
      For light and thin fabric: reference dosage: 10~20 g/L
      For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
      The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
      Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
 

  2. Dipping process:

      Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
      Bath ratio: 1:20
      Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)
 

  3. For special hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.

      Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
