Thermal yellowing refers to the yellowing and discoloration of light-colored fabrics that occur when nylon / spandex fabrics are exposed to various heat sources during processing. The main component of antioxidant SD-3512 is an antioxidant with a special structure. It is mainly used to avoid the oxidation and yellowing of nylon fibers during air heat treatment (heat setting) and contact heat treatment (compression molding).

[Reference dosage and process]
1. Impregnation process: The dosage is generally 1-3% (owf), pH value is 5-7; immersion at 80 ºC for 20-30 minutes.
2. Padding process: dosage anti-yellowing 10-20 g / L, pH 5 ~ 7
Anti-molding yellowing 30-50 g / L, pH 5 ~ 7
[Note]: This additive may precipitate white crystals under low temperature for a long time, and it can be used after mixing evenly without affecting performance.
This additive can also be used with other finishing additives, but compatibility testing should be done beforehand.
[Precautions]
When the unsealed product is not in use, please fasten the inner rubber tightly with the lid tightly.
[Packing and storage]
50kg or 120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent heat, exposure and long-term low temperature. The shelf life is 6 months.
