Product Description
78123 is the latest block ternary polymerization silicone emulsion.
It can make fabrics smooth and shiny.
It is suitable for flannel, coral fleece and plush fabrics of polyester, polyester/ cotton and wool/ polyester, etc.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or NPEO, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Imparts fabrics smooth, stiff, elastic and thick hand feeling.
3. Similar to self-emulsifying property. Can ensure the stability of diluted solution and totally solve the safety problem, as roll banding and sticking to equipment.
4. Can be used together with other softener.

Instruction

1. It is recommended to use in dipping process.

Kindly suggest to dilute it by ratio of 1:X (X=3~9) and then use.
Reference dosage of diluted 78123: 1~3% (o.w.f)
(For specific dosage, please adjust it according to sample test result.)

Note: To achieve uniform adsorption, kindly suggest to dissolve and dilute it in the auxiliary tank and then add it into the bath slowly. Generally please control the adding time within 5~10 minutes.
 

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 10~20 g/ L.

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
