Product Description
CX-4019 is mainly composed of sodium polyacrylate derivatives.
It has excellent water retention and protection effect in the drying process, which prevents dyes transferring rapidly as the moisture dries.
It can be applied in the thermosol dyeing process of disperse dyes for fabrics of polyester and polyester blends, which prevents transferring phenomenon of dyes in the thermosol dyeing process and solve the problem of dyeing defects, as color spots and uneven dyeing, etc.

Instruction
Padding process:
Reference dosage of disperse dyes: 3~30 g/L
Reference dosage of 44019: 5~20 g/ L
Padding → Pre-dry (100%) → Curing (Process conditions depend on the dye) → Washing
→ Drying and setting
Note: For specific process and dosage, please adjust dosage according to sample test result.
Attention
1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
