Product Description
78520 is a siloxane polymer with ternary copolymer structure.
It can be applied for various kinds of fabrics of polyester, nylon, acrylic and polypropylene, etc, which makes the fabrics soft, smooth and fluffy.
It is especially suitable for nylon yarns, which makes the yarns smooth and elastic.

Instruction
1. For padding process, reference dosage: 5~20 g/L, temperature: 140~160ºC, time: 60~70s.
The bath pH value should be under 7. (5-6 is the best. It can be adjusted by glacial acetic acid.)
2. For dipping process, reference dosage: 0.5~3% (o.w.f)
30~40ºC×10~20 minutes → Dewater → Dry

- Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
- Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
