[Production description]
Jeans silicone oil SC-76004 is a new multi-element copolymer silicone softener, which can give fabrics a soft and plump feel, suitable for soft finishing of cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber fabric.
[Production characteristic]
1. The product has good temperature resistance, alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance and shear resistance, and is safe and stable to use.
2. Suitable for all kinds of fibers, soft and fluffy.
3. This product is especially suitable for washing denim, sweaters, and ready-made clothes for fluffy and soft finishing.
4. It has low yellowing and low color change characteristics.
5. Does not contain APEO, NPEO and meets environmental protection requirements.
6. Has good anti-backwetting performance.
[Using method]
1.Recommend artwork
Dipping process: 1~3%
(The amount of use varies due to the difference in the processed fiber, please adjust it according to the actual needs)
Padding process: thinning liquid 20~50g/L
The pH value of the padding working fluid needs to be kept below 7 (the best is between 5.0-6.0, which can be adjusted with acetic acid)
2. Can be used in combination with other finishing agents to obtain a special touch style.
Please make compatibility experiments before use.

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. Please stir evenly before use;
3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is applicability.
[Packaging and storage]
50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent exposure to the sun , stable period is 6 months .
