[Production description]
It is block ternary copolymer silicone polymer can give the fabric a smooth and elastic feel style. It is suitable for the fluffy and soft finishing of various fabrics such as polyester cotton, polyester, wool, etc., especially suitable for polyester and wool-polyester blended fabrics such as coral fleece and long plush.
[Production characteristic]
1. With self-emulsifying properties, it can ensure the stability of the diluent and completely solve the safety problems of sticking cylinders and sticking rollers.
2. Provide excellent smooth, bright, elastic and thick hand feeling.
3. It is especially suitable for the finishing of polyester and wool-polyester blended fabrics such as coral fleece, plush, and flannel, giving the fleece a special gloss.
4. It can be used in conjunction with other softeners to finish cotton, polyester/cotton knitted fabrics with special touch.
5. This product is an environmentally friendly product, does not contain APEO, NPEO and meets the requirements for export to Europe and the United States.
[Using method]
1.Recommended to use the dipping method ,According to the need diluting in 1:X (recommended X=3-9) times as needed, dosage is 3 to 6%.
The specific dosage should be adjusted by the user through experiments. In order to ensure uniform adsorption, it is recommended to dilute the material in the attached tank, and then slowly inject it into the soft tank. Generally, the injection is controlled for 5-10 minutes. 2. Using padding method, the recommended dosage is 10-20g/L.
