[Production description]

 Antibacterial softener agent is a new type of block silicone quaternary ammonium softener, which can give cellulose fiber fabric excellent long-lasting antibacterial performance, soft  and fluffy hand feeling . suitable for cellulose fiber , rayon and blended fabric antibacterial  finishing .

1.It has excellent antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial effect meets the AAA level requirements of FZ / T 73023-2006 standard (50 times washable)

[Using method  ]

   suitable for a variety of soft finishing processes such as padding and dipping. The amount and process depend on the texture requirements of the processed fabric. The recommended padding process is as follows:

Antibacterial softener 60-80 g / L

Dry cloth → One dip and one roll (rolling rate 70-80%) → Dry setting (130 ~ 170 ºC)

When using this product to process, it is necessary to make the fabric with high hydrophilicity before finishing;

2. With the extension of storage time, the pH value will increase slowly; the transparency and color of the appearance will change slightly;It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable, performance testing should be conducted before use to ensure its suitability.
