Product Description
70753 is the latest block copolymer silicone emulsion.
It has new modified chemical structure of silicone and contains double modified functional group.
It can be applied in the softening process for fabrics of cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber, which imparts fabrics soft, plump and exquisite hand feeling.
It is especially suitable for napping fabrics of polyester and flannel, etc.

Instruction

1. It is recommended for padding process.

Kindly suggest to dilute it to 33.33% and then use.
For synthetic fiber fabrics (as polyester, nylon and acrylic fiber, etc.), reference dosage of diluted 70753: 10~30 g/L.
For cellulose fiber fabrics (as cotton and viscose fiber, etc.), reference dosage of diluted 70753: 30~50 g/L.
The bath pH value should be below 7 (4.5~6 is the best. It can be adjusted by acetic acid).
 

1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.

Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
