[Product description]

          

Sc-5404 is a special hydrophilic finishing agent for chemical fiber fabric, which is suitable for hydrophilic and soft finishing of chemical fiber and its blended fabric. It can give the fabric a good soft, smooth and fluffy hand feeling and instant hydrophilic effect. Special finishing effect can be obtained by compounding with blocked silicone oil.

[Application scope]    

        

1. Instant hydrophilic finishing of polyester, milk silk and blended fabrics.           

2. Fuzzing and grain shaking finishing of polyester and other synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics.            

 

[Usage]  

          

(the product should be diluted according to the ratio of 1:10-20)            

1. Padding Method: cx-5404-10 (1 on 10): 3-10g / L            

2. Impregnation Method: cx-5404-10 (1 on 10): 0.3% ~ 1.0% o.w.f            

Please adjust the specific dosage according to the test.   

         

[Precautions]         

   

1. Use hot water (temperature ≥ 70 ºC, 95 ºC is the best) before using this product,            

It is suggested that uniform flow emulsion can be obtained according to SC-5404: water =1:10 to 20 proportions.            

2. Please pay attention to mixing the melted materials evenly. It is normal to have slight particles or precipitates. It can be used after filtration.            

 

[Packaging and storage]  

          

25kg / bag (kraft paper lined woven bag)            

It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
