[Production description]
This product is a compound of fatty acid organic amine compound, used for soft finishing of cotton and its blended fabric or yarn, with excellent softening effect.
[Characteristic and advantages]
1.Excellent alkali resistance, salt resistance and hard water resistance.
2.Can give fabrics or yarns a soft and fluffy feel.
3.It has little effect on the shade of the finished fabric.
4.Good compatibility with cationic finishing agent, avoid using it in the same bath with anionic finishing agent
[Application range ]
Soft finishing of cotton and its blended fabric or yarns .
[Diluent method ] (recommended 1 open 15-20)
Cold hydration material: start stirring, slowly add the film into cold water at about 30ºC according to the proportion, stir and disperse,Then let it stand still and soak for 1-2 hours (or soak overnight), and then stir at low speed until it is completely dissolved.
Hot water material: start stirring, slowly add the film into room temperature water according to the proportion, and slowly heat up to 50-70ºC,Stir again at low speed until completely dissolved for later use (stir for 40-60 minutes)
[Reference dosage ]
Dipping method: 5% diluent 3~8%(owf)
Bath ratio 1:6~10, room temperature~45ºC, soak for 20min→dehydrate→dry→set shape (150ºC×30'').
Padding method: 5% diluent 20~60g/l
Working fluid for padding→drying→shape setting (150ºC×30'').

Sorted in cool ventilated place , Prevent heat, moisture and sun exposure, stable period is 6 months
