Dispersing Leveling Agent 10057

Product Description
10057 is a compound of various kinds of surfactants.
It can be applied for polyester fabrics dyed by disperse dyes, which can prevent dyes gathering or color spots.
Also it can be used as a high temperature leveling agent.

Features & Benefits

1. Excellent property of emulsifying and dispersing. Can fully emulsify and disperse the greasy dirt in the dyeing bath and prevent color spots, color stains or dyes gathering.
2. Excellent dispersity. Can disperse the sediments on the inner wall of dyeing machine and avoid them gathering again on fabrics.
3. Excellent dispersing and solubilizing performance. Can improve the dispersity of disperse dyes in dyeing bath. Prevents coagulation of dyes or greasy dirt.
4. Excellent leveling performance. Can shorten the dyeing time, improve production efficiency and save energy.
5. Extremely low foam. Suitable for various kinds of equipment, especially jet overflow dyeing machine and airflow dyeing machine.

Instruction

1. In dyeing of sensitive color for preventing color spots or color stains:

Reference dosage: 0.3~0.6% (o.w.f)

1. In dyeing of ordinary color, it is used as high temperature leveling agent.

Reference dosage: 0.2~0.3% (o.w.f)

1. Process:

1. Before dyeing, add dyes and 10057 into 40~50ºC warm water and stir it for 10~15 minutes.
2. Add it into dyeing bath according to dyeing process requirements.

Process according to normal dyeing process.

Attention

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
