Product Description
63198-20 is the latest ternary polymerized block silicone emulsion, which has new silicone chemical structure.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic and soft finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of chemical fibers, which makes fabrics hydrophilic, soft and smooth.
It is especially suitable for nylon, nylon/spandex and nylon/cotton, etc.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Excellent hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends. Not influences the hydrophilicity of chemical fiber.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, exquisite and silk-like hand feeling.
4. Low shade changing and low yellowing.
5. Keeps excellent stability under different pH range and temperature conditions.
6. Similar to self-emulsifying property, which can ensure the stability of the bath. Can absolutely solve the problem of roll banding, sticking to equipment or demulsification.
7. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
8. Suitable for padding process.

Instruction

1. Padding process:

Reference dosage: 10~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s

1. Dipping process:

Reference dosage: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

1. Please stir it evenly before using.
2. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
3. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
