Production description
This product is used to control the pH value of nylon and its blended fabric dye under acid dyes . As the dyeing temperature increases, the organic acid is slowly released, so that the dye gradually decreases with the pH value and slowly dyes the fiber.

Characteristic and advantages

1. Along with the increase of dyeing bath temperature, the pH value is gradually lowered to control the dyeing rate, and the leveling property and reproducibility can be increased.

2. Reduces the time required for temperature rise control and increases efficiency.

Can effectively reduce dyeing abnormalities caused by rapid absorption of dyes.

Application range
Used to control the pH value when dyeing nylon and its blended fabrics with acid dyes.

reference dosage
The dosage depends on the fabric, the type and concentration of the dye and water quality. The recommended dosage is 0.3 ~ 1.0g / L. (If necessary, add 0.1-0.3g/L soda ash at the initial stage of dyeing, adjust the pH of the initial dye bath to 8.0-9.0, and reduce the directness of the dye to the fiber.)

Note
This product will slowly decompose when exposed to water, it must be sealed and stored to avoid wet
Cover the lid as tightly  as possible after using , the sampling spoon should not touch the water.;
The diluted solution should be used as soon as possible to avoid damage to the solution. (Laboratory dilution of the mother liquor needs to be replaced every day)

Packing and storage
50KG/120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place to prevent heat and exposure for a period of 6 months.
