Appearance:	yellowish to yellow transparent liquid
pH value:	7.5 ±1.0(1%aqueous solution)
Ionicity	cationic / non-ionic
Solubility:	easy to soluble in water

 

[Production description ]

This product is a surfactant compound used for typical of nylon for dyeing acid dyes and soaping printed fabrics with nylon as representative.

2. It can wash float color efficiently and improve various fastness indexes.

3. Prevent staining of printed white background.

 Intermittent processing method: Water ratio 1:20~50

 

Room temperature*5-10′ → drainage →(repeat1-3times)→ 40-45ºC*5-10′→ drainage →  50-60ºC*5-10′ → drainage → rinse clean
