Production description
70706 is a block silicone high-concentration emulsion with a special structure can impart excellent softness, smoothness and fluffy feel to polyester fabrics. SC-70706 has excellent finishing effect on polyester and their blended fabrics.
Production characteristic
1. Used for soft finishing of various fabrics, giving the fabric a smooth and fluffy feel;
2. Suitable for polyester fabrics, T/C fabrics etc. With outstanding softness, smooth & delicate effect;
3. A very small amount can achieve excellent results;
4. The yellowing of the finished fabric becomes small;
5. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance, shear resistance.
Recommend dosage
1.Padding artwork : recommend dosage 5-10g/L,PH value keep it below 7 (the best is5-6)
2. Dipping artwork : recommended to use 1: X (X = 3-9) after dilution, and the general dosage is between 0.5-2%; 40~50ºC×10~20min, Dehydrate, dry.
Notes
1 .Please do not expose it to the air for a long time, and seal it in time after use;
2. After the best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable, performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure its applicability.
Packaging and storage
120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Sorted in cool and ventilated place ,prevent direct sunlight, stable period is 6 months.
