[Product Characteristics]

SC-72004 is a multi-element copolymer of polysiloxane, polyamine and polyether,

suitable for the finishing of synthetic fiber fabrics, provide the fabric good smoothness

and fluffy feel.

This product is an environmentally friendly product, does not contain banned

chemicals, and complies with the European Union Otex-100 standard.

Suitable for the finishing of cellulosic fiber fabrics, synthetic fiber fabrics (polyester,

nylon, acrylic, etc.) and blends,

It can impart excellent fluffy and smooth feel to the fabric.

 

[Instructions]

1. Emulsification method:

Emulsify according to the ratio of SC-72004: emulsifier=20:1~2.

Put 72004 and emulsifier into the reaction kettle in proportion, stir well for 20 minutes,

then slowly add water and stir at high speed, add water several times to the required

content, add appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid to adjust pH=5~6, then light

blue light and transparent Lotion.

2. Dosage: generally 10~30g/L for diluted preparing emulsion

Please adjust the specific dosage as appropriate through experiments.

Experiments have proved that this product is more effective and safer to use under

weak acid conditions (pH value of 5.5~6.0)
