Product Description
CX-3167 is the latest ternary polymerization silicone emulsion.
It has new modified chemical structure of silicone and contains double modified functional group.
It can be applied in the softening process for fabrics of polyester, nylon and polyester/cotton, etc., which imparts fabrics soft, smooth and plump hand feeling.
It is also suitable for napping fabrics.

Instruction

1. For dipping process, reference dosage: 1~3% (o.w.f).

40~60ºC×10~20 min

1. For padding process, reference dosage: 5~20 g/ L.

Setting: 160~170ºC

1. For specific dosage, please adjust it according to actual requirements.
2. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
