[Production description]
The anti-precipitation agent belongs to the polyoxyethylene derivative, has excellent dispersibility and emulsifying property, used for dyeing of the blended product, and can prevent different types of dyes from coagulation and precipitation when dyed in the same bath, is an excellent anti-precipitation dispersing agent.
[Characteristic and advantages]
1. Excellent dispersing ability to prevent the binding and precipitation of anionic and cationic dyes.
2. Adjusting the undertake rate of the mixed dye to achieve synchronous dyeing.
3. Acid, alkali, hard water and electrolyte resistant.
4. Can be mixed with various surfactants in the same bath.

Suitable for one bath dyeing of wool/nitrile, polyester/nitrile blended or interwoven products.

According to the difference of variety and process, the general dosage is: anti-precipitation
agent 2~5 % (o.w.f)
Feeding process :acetic acid → (natrium aceticum) → anhydrous sodium sulphate → cationic dyes → anti-precipitation ,after operation 10 min then add acid dyes or disperse dyes Proceed according to normal process.
