Production description
Repair agent is a surfactant compound mainly composed of ester compounds. It has excellent high-temperature dispersbility and strong migration ability for disperse dyes. Under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure, the dyes on the fabric are transferred from high concentration to low concentration,to make  the fiber evenly colored  and achieve the purpose of color repair.
Characteristic and advantages
1. It has good dye penetration, dispersion and migration.
2. The achromaticity is very small, and the shade is basically unchanged after repair.
3. This product has low foam and can be mixed with non-ionic and anionic additives.
4. Can be use as a leveling agent when reduce the dosage.

Application
1. Repair of stains and stains produced by disperse dye dyeing of polyester fabrics.
2. Levelling agent for disperse dye dyeing of polyester fabrics.

Reference dosage and method    
1. For repair:
Slightly colored spots: repair agent: 1~3 g/L
Severe color spots: repair agent: 3~5 g/L
5~10% of the original dye should be added, keep at 135ºC for 45~60min, cool down and clean.
2. For dyeing:
Repair agent: 0.5~1.5 g/L

Notes
1. The repair temperature is generally higher than the dyeing temperature.best effect  at 135ºC. best time is 60min. The lighter color can also be controlled at 45min.
2. Add proper amount of dye when repairing
3. The color spots and stains are caused by complicated causes, so add synergistic additives when necessary.
Packaging and storage
120kg plastic drums (lined with plastic bags);
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place to prevent heat and exposure, shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
