Product Description
11113 is mainly composed of metal model enzyme hydrogen peroxide activator.
It can activate the hydrogen peroxide at low temperature and achieve same scouring and bleaching effect as that in traditional high temperature process.
It can be applied in the low temperature pretreatment process for yarns and fabrics of cotton and cotton blends, etc.
Features & Benefits
1. Has activation for hydrogen peroxide. Can promote the effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to obviously improve the whiteness and capillary effect of processed fabrics.
2. Has stabilization for hydrogen peroxide. Can control the invalid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to decrease damage to fabric strength.
3. At 75~80ºC, using with hydrogen peroxide for scouring and bleaching can effectively remove impurities, as stock, cotton wax and pectin, etc.
4. Mild bleaching reaction. Has less damage on fibers and extremely little influence on strength, which can avoids defects, as fine wrinkles or breakage, etc.
5. Saves more than 30%energy, comparing with traditional high temperature scouring and bleaching process.
6. Shortens process time and decreases comprehensive cost.

Instruction
Low temperature scouring and bleaching process for cotton knitted fabrics:
Hydrogen Peroxide Activator 11113: 0.1~0.2% (o.w.f)
Scouring penetrating agent: 1-2% (o.w.f)
99% Caustic soda (solid): 1.5~2% (o.w.f)
27.5% Hydrogen peroxide: 5~10% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:6~1:10, 75~85ºC×45~70 minutes
Drain → Washing in hot water → Neutralizing → Deoxidizing → Dyeing
Note:
11113 has a certain activation effect of hydrogen peroxide.
Do not dissolve it together with hydrogen peroxide.
