[Production description]
Deoxygenation polishing enzyme is a kind of compound enzyme, on one hand it has decomposition property for hydrogen peroxide; also it has excellent polishing and finishing effects on cellulose fiber fabrics under near-neutral conditions. The use of deoxygenation polishing enzymes can use the time before dyeing and alkali fixation to achieve multiple effects of deoxygenation, polishing and dyeing in one bath. It saves time, water and energy while ensuring the production of high-quality products, and significantly reduces production costs.

[Characteristics and advantages]
1. It can be polished and finished under near-neutral conditions, with little damage to the fabric;

Dosage:: 0.5~2.0% (depending on processed fabric and processing requirements)
Temperature: 40ºC~60ºC
PH value: 5.5~7.2
Time: 30~80 minutes
After adding this enzyme, let it work 10~15 min, do as per the normal dyeing process.
