Reductive soaping agent for polyester/spandex fibre in dyeing processing

Base features
Appearance: Colorless transparent or slightly turbid liquid
pH Value:    9.0±1.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:    Can be dispersed in water at any ratio

Characteristic and advantages  

1. Can destroy dyes that are not dyed in the dye bath and unfixed dyes on the fabric.
2. After the reduction,the pH of the dye bath is usually automatically raised to neutral.
3. It is relatively stable in wet air, no strong irritant, no foam, more safe
4. Direct reduction and cleaning in the residual liquid without draining after dyeing.
5. Improve the color fastness and simplify effluent treatment process. No need to neutralize in subsequent soaping process. Save time, energy, water, chemicals, increase efficiency.

Application range
suitable for the reduction cleaning of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon and their blended fiber fabrics in acid dyeing bath. It has excellent reduction cleaning effect in the cooling stage of the disperse dye acid dyeing bath.

Reference dosage 
1) After dyeing on the polyester fabric, lower the temperature to 85ºC
2) Using HAC to adjust PH Value in between 4.0~4.5 (lower PH, better effect)
3) Add this reductive soaping agent for work, 85ºC temperature ×15-20min for timingMedium color soaping, dosage: 3% 
Dark color soaping, dosage: 5%
Remark: for dark color, after this reductive soaping, wash again with clean water for better effect.

Packing and storage
    120 kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag). Sealed and stored, the storage period is 6 months at room temperature.
