Product Description
76660 is a high concentration microemulsion of the self-dispersion silicone copolymer.
It can be applied in the soft finishing process for fabrics of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and their blends, which makes fabrics hydrophilic, soft and comfortable.
It is also suitable for cotton terry fabric, cotton towel and slub cotton fabrics, which makes the fabrics soft, fluffy and bulky.

Features & Benefits

1. Contains no prohibited chemical substances. Fits environmental protection requirements. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
2. Good hydrophilicity.
3. Imparts fabrics soft, fluffy and smooth hand feeling.
4. Low shade changing and low yellowing. Extremely little influence on whiteness.
5. Has good affinity for various kinds of textile.
6. Finished fabrics have good dimensional stability and good elasticity.
7. Stable in high temperature, alkali and electrolyte. Good shear stability.
8. Suitable for padding and dipping process both.
9. A very small dosage can achieve excellent effect.

Instruction

1. 1. 1. 1. Dipping Process:

Reference dosage: 1.0~2.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC×10~20 minutes → Dewater → Drying (100~120ºC)

 

1. 1. 1. 1. Padding Process:

Reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
Padding and dipping (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC×60~90 seconds
It can be used together with Silicone Softener 70868 to achieve special silk-like hand feeling.

1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
