[Production description]
SC-71868 is a block silicone emulsion with a linear structure. It can impart excellent softness, bulkiness and smoothness to cotton, rayon, cotton/polyester and other fabrics ,has excellent finishing effect when applied to various types of cellulose fibers and blended fabrics.
[Characteristic and advantages]
1. Used in cotton, rayon, modal, cotton/nylon, cotton/polyester and other fiber fabrics, with outstanding smooth, delicate and soft effects.
2. It is especially suitable for the finishing of cotton stretcher knitted fabrics. Low dosage can achieve ideal softness and smoothness.
3. Lowest yellowing of the finished fabric
4. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance and shear resistance
[Application range]
1. Recommended process
Padding method: the reference dosage is 30g/L~80g/L; setting 150ºC~ 180ºC, 50 seconds ~ 60 seconds.
The pH value of the working fluid of the padding bath should be kept below 7 (optimally 5.0 to 6.0);
2. Can be used in combination with other finishing agents to obtain a special feel style, please make compatibility experiments before use.
[Notes]
1. Stir well before use;
2. Please do not expose it to the air for a long time, and seal it in time after use;
3. After the optimal cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable, performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure its applicability.
[Packing and storage]
120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure for a period of 6 months.
