  Production description

   Polyester reserving agent SD-3717 is a special polyester surfactant specially designed for polyester fiber dyeing. Good effect on the active dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabric and the whitening of polyester.

 Base features  

Appearance	yellowish to yellow transparent liquid  (As the storage time increases, the color will gradually become lighter.)
Ionicity	nonionic
pH value	6.5 ± 1.0(1%aqueous solution)
Solubility	Soluble in water

 
 Characteristic and advantages

1. Strong affinity to polyester fiber, can prevent water-soluble dyes from dyeing it.
2. Does not affect the color shade and vividness of other fibers.
3. Environmentally friendly products, does not contain AEPO and heavy metal ion.

Application range  
 Polyester-cotton blended fabric reactive dyed cotton, whitening of polyester
reference artwork  
Reference dosage :  1~3 g/L    pre-treatment of the fabric
Treatment process: add polyester anti-dyeing agent, after running for 10~20min → according to cotton  normal dyeing process

Packing and storage
50KG/120kgplastic drum (lined with plastic bag).
Store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure for a period of 6 months
