Zinc Ion Antibacterial Finishing Agent 44503
 
Product Description

44503 is a kind of zinc ion complex. Zinc ion complex dispersions can deposit in fabric pores to form a medical layer, which makes the fabric have reliable and durable antibacterial effect.
It can be applied in the antibacterial and mildew-proof finishing process for various kinds of fabrics of polyester, nylon, wool and acrylic fiber, etc.

 
Features & Benefits
  1. Environmental-friendly: Contains no formaldehyde or APEO, etc. Fits environmental protection requirements.
  2. Broad-spectrum antibacterial: Has excellent antibacterial action on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, saccharomycetes, micro-fungus and mycete, etc.
  3. High-efficient sterilization: Generally with 0.4% antibacterial agent in fabrics, the killing and inhibiting effect of microorganisms can reach more than 95%.
  4. Safe and healthy: No irritation and no allergic reaction. Comply with GB/T 31713-2015 Hygienic requirement for safety of antibacterial textiles.

Application: Various kinds of fabrics of polyester, nylon, wool and acrylic fiber, etc
 
Installation Instructions
 
   1. It can be used in dipping, padding, brushing, spraying, atomizing and foaming process.
   
   2. Reference dosage: 0.3~1.0% (o.w.f)
       For specific dosage, please adjust it according to actual requirements and processing method.
       Reference dosage for heavy fabric (200-350g/m2): 0.5~1.0%
       Reference dosage for light-weight fabric (80-200g/m2): 0.3~0.6%

 
   3. Reference process:
      (1) Padding process: 5~10 g/L (Pickup: 70~100%)
           Drying and setting: 120~180ºC × 30~60s
      (2) Dipping process: 0.3~1.0% (o.w.f)
           Polyester fabrics and nylon fabrics: dyeing and finishing in same bath
           Other fabrics: bath ratio: 1:8~15
           40ºC × 20~30 minutes → Dewater → Drying (Setting) at 120~150ºC

 
   4. Note:
  1. The dispersion will be slightly stratified during storage. Kindly suggest to roll and shake the product once every 30 days or so in order to keep the evenness of the dispersion. Please stir it fully before using.
  2. Zinc ion complex dispersion belongs to salt. For its compatibility with other textile auxiliaries, please do a experiment before actual production.
  3. Fabrics treated by antibacterial finishing agent may have a loss in light fastness.
  4. If using with carboxylic acids, as citric acid and oxalic acid, etc, may cause instability of complex and yellowing of fabrics.
  5. During processing, metal iron ions and copper ions may cause instability of complex and influence the color and effect.
Attention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
